Cedar oil or lemon cream?
Our lemon aroma is made from both cedar fruits and other lemon varieties. The taste is therefore similar to that of cedro oil. When our lemon aroma is made without additives and flavor enhancers, one may need to dose slightly more than what the older baking recipes recommend.
Dosage
Our bottles have no drip stop and therefore it is recommended to dose the easiest with the help of spices or teaspoons.
Grated lemon peel can be replaced with lemon juice. 1 teaspoon of flavor corresponds to the shredded shell of 1/2 lemon.
Sponge cake with lemon is highly appreciated. It takes 1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice for a sponge cake.
Icing sugar with a little lemon cream gives a very healthy and good lemon glaze.
