Why is Shipping so expensive?
We agree, shipping sure can be expensive. Unfortunately, shipping costs are determined by weight and bulk candy has a high shipping-to-product-cost ratio.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay with PayPal or with Credit/Debit cards through our website.

My order is a gift. Can I include a gift note and make sure there aren't prices included?
At checkout, you will have the opportunity to include a gift message and provide any special instructions for your order. The packing list will not include any price information, so you don't have to worry about your gift recipient seeing prices. If you have multiple gift orders and need assistance placing them, please contact us.
Return/Refund Policy
Due to candy being a perishable item and in compliance with The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) policies, Made in Scandinavian.com does not accept any return on candy products. Edible (ALL CONSUMABLE FOOD PRODUCTS) products may NOT be returned unless incorrect items were shipped by Candystore.com. We do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs on any product returned.
To ensure that you receive the correct product that you are looking to purchase, Made in Scandinavian.com lists all product descriptions as accurately as possible. If you have any questions regarding a product please contact a customer service representative by email at [email protected] or call +46 704664315 BEFORE you place your order.
Food products MAY NOT BE RETURNED, so please order carefully as Candystore.com cannot issue RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for items received due to customer error in ordering. Any unauthorized returns will be considered ABANDONED and no refund will be issued.
Broken or defective products will either be reshipped or the customer refunded. We can not be held responsible for any breakage of fragile products during shipping nor melted products shipping in a non-expedited shipping method during warm weather months.
Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of product and are considered based on criteria mentioned above. To initiate a return or refund, please contact a customer service representative by email at [email protected].

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can but unfortunately we shall deduct PayPal or Stripe fees because these fees are non refundable. Also we shall deduct 5 USD as an administration fee on each order.
How do you ship chocolate and candy during warm months?
From May through September, we carefully package our confections with insulation and ice packs to maintain freshness.
During times of exceptionally hot weather, we recommend expedited shipping to reduce the time products will spend in a warehouse, vehicle, or in transit.

What Does One Pack W/O Ice Bag Mean?
It means that you shall receive your order without an ice bag inside your shipment, we are not responsible for any defect that happened and it took at buyer's risk.
What Does Tracked W/O Insurance Mean?
It means that the buyer shall receive a tracking number but we are not responsible for any damage, defect or loss that happen for the shipment. The buyer takes all the risk.
