Blue is not so often associated with baking and cooking. The only really famous food that is naturally blue is blueberries. Dr. Oetkers Blue household color gives a nice blue color to your glaze or sponge cake. Instead, if you want to color meringues or fondant, we recommend our Concentrated Blue Color instead of gel.
