Hard Chocolate is one of our most popular toppings that sensationally solidifies on ice cream. In our quest to become palm oil free, we have now replaced the palm oil in Hard chocolate with shea oil. Optimal temperature is 22 degrees. In warehouses and transport, the temperature is often lower - the product can be hard to reach
