  Johnny’s Christmas mustard is a wonderfully spicy mustard that goes especially well with Christmas delicacies! The mustard is very tasty with tickling fresh acid in the aftertaste. Suitable for the joys of the Christmas table and especially the Christmas ham and salmon. Johnny's Christmas mustard is also good for glazing ribs with or as an accessory to oven-baked celery. Dare to try the mustard for the os tray. Mums! Tip! Grill the Christmas ham with Johnny's Christmas mustard! Set the oven to 225 ° C. Put the Christmas ham in a low pan. Mix an egg yolk with a lot of Johnny's Christmas mustard. Spread the mustard mixture over the ham and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the ham in the oven and grill for 10-15 minutes until the ham has a nice golden brown color. In 1987, Johnny started making his characterful mustard, which is produced in our mustard factory in Eslöv.
