Rooibos is a completely decaffeinated tea and therefore suitable for drinking in the evening. Rooibos is relatively sweet in taste and, unlike green and black teas, can stay long and draw in water without making the tea bitter.
Kung Markatta's rooiboste comes from plantations at Cederbergen, north of Cape Town in South Africa.
Put a tea bag in a cup and pour boiling water over. Let go for at least 5-6 minutes.
