Mini Rye Brown Rye is baked in the same way as normal baked except that it is baked a little longer in the oven. This makes the bread a little browner and gets a richer taste. To make the bread checkered, it is nailed to a special rolling pin. The boxes ferment to airy pillows, which make the bread tender and crisp.
