Ädel Grädd is a blue cheese with a piquant, aromatic flavor. The cheese contains a little more cream than its predecessor Kvibille Ädel, which gives it a slightly softer and fuller flavor. Kvibille® Ädel Grädd 36% is an excellent cheese for a cheese platter and cheese plate. Serve Kvibille Ädel as a dessert cheese with sweet accompaniments, such as ripe pears, marmalades and chutneys. The cheese is also excellent for hot and cold cooking.
