  Allerum Ära® is a matured hard cheese 400g with 28% fat. Ära® is a brand new hard cheese based on Swedish cheese craftsmanship with balanced acidity, nutty, crunchy caramel notes, and a taste of round umami with parmesan notes and a saltiness. Masterfully made from Swedish milk in Kristianstad. The practical packaging is simple and convenient to use and functions both as a serving dish and as packaging until the piece of cheese is finished. The cup is nice to have on the table and also ensures that the cheese stays juicy and fresh. The fact that taste is an art is something we always subscribe to. For us, cheese is a constant creation. Perfection is our hallmark.
