Felix Boston cucumber - the original mixture of chopped cucumber mix with finely diced cucumber, paprika, onion and mustard seeds. Felix Boston cucumber is a perfect accompaniment to grilled sausage, oven-baked falu sausage, hamburgers or in a sandwich cake together with liver pate. The vast majority of Felix cucumbers are hand-picked by our own growers in southern Sweden. The growers have been certified in the Swedish Seal to guarantee decent working conditions for the pickers and because they work actively to reduce their climate impact. Then they are put into Eslöv, in the middle of Skåne!
