Allerum RIKE® 36% long aged. RIKE® is a complex and flavorful cheese with developed creaminess with a balanced acidity and saltiness. Taste of umami, light sweetness and fruity notes. RIKE® is made from milk from farms in southern Sweden with the highest requirements for animal care. RIKE® is manufactured at our cheese factory in Kristianstad.
