• Use cleaned brewing equipment.
• Use fresh, cold water when brewing.
• Dose correctly to taste. (One measure / scoop = 8 gr coffee per cup).
• Best brewing temperature is between 92-96 ° C.
• Keep the coffee warm for a maximum of 30 minutes.
• Never pour over old coffee in freshly brewed coffee as the taste of the coffee will deteriorate.
