Our crayfish cheese is smooth and creamy, made from 100 percent Swedish Edamer and flavored with fine pieces of crayfish tails and dill to further enhance the experience. The crayfish are fished in approved waters and are boiled immediately after capture to maintain the freshness and fresh taste. The crayfish cheese fits the top in a crust with a little twist of lemon as an appetizer.
