UNUSUALLY VERY COLOMBIA! This is a coffee originating from Lindvall's own farm in Magdalena, Colombia. Their Colombia as a medium roast gives you a clear fruitiness and characteristic Colombian acidity. At around 200 degrees, the beans begin to give off heat, they expand, turn brown and if you listen carefully you can hear them pop. This process gives you a medium roasted coffee.
