Alex & Phil Meal with Sweet Potatoes, Red Lentils & Rosemary is prepared by first frying yellow onions and peppers in cold-pressed olive oil. Then add a vegetarian base of red lentils and white quinoa as well as sweet potatoes, apricots, a little lemon juice, home-cooked vegetable stock and a pinch of rosemary.
