Try this creamy dressing with a strong retro feel made from «thousand islands» – small pieces of bell pepper and cucumber. The dressing is said to originate from the Thousand Islands region between the USA and Canada where a fishing guide’s wife made the dressing for her husband’s beach dinner. The rest is history. Just as great with salad or hamburgers as with fish and seafood! The dressing is made in our own small dressing factory in the village of Fågelmara in Blekinge. Of course, without artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. We are proud of that!
Ingredients: Water, rapeseed oil, tomato paste, sugar, vinegar, cucumber (with acid (acetic acid), salt), MUSTARD seeds, EGG yolk, salt, paprika, starch, chives, spice extract, acid (lactic acid), natural flavouring, thickener (xanthan gum), stabiliser (calcium chloride).
