Oro Generoso - Intensive and plump - whole beans 1000 g
Arvid Nordquist Oro Generoso is our most intense espresso with inspiration from southern Italy. The majority of unwashed coffee from Brazil, Colombia, Nicaragua and Ethiopia produces an espresso with golden brown cream. 100% Arabic beans. A strong sweet aroma of bitter almond. The taste is full and intense with some bitterness, dimmed low acidity and hints of licorice. A persistent aftertaste with tons of bitter chocolate. Powerful coffee taste even with milk-based espresso drinks.
Roasting Espresso

Acidity: 8 of 10

The craft, (manual espresso maker), For a simple espresso you use about 7 grams of coffee and for a double about 14 grams. Test yourself for how hard the coffee is packed in the filter holder. And make sure it's evenly distributed. Espresso brewing step by step
1. Make sure the coffee is fresh and properly ground.
2. Insert the filter holder into the brew head. The filter holder should be warm. Therefore, insert the brew holder before the first coffee of the day and run some warm water through it.
3. Make sure you have the right amount of coffee in the filter holder (6 to 8 grams).
4. Press the coffee smoothly and evenly.
5. Remove excess coffee from the edge of the handle to avoid garbage on the gasket.
6. Make sure the espresso cups are warm so that the coffee does not cool down.
7. Start brewing and make sure it takes about 30 seconds to brew a cup.
8. Stop brewing about 3 cl of coffee in the cup.
9. Check creams (color, thickness)
10. Serve immediately.
