TERMS & CONDITIONS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Last updated: 3 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through www.made-in-scandinavian.com.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Swedish, European Union or other applicable consumer-protection law.
  1. SELLER INFORMATION
Made in Scandinavian is operated by:
NordicExpo AB
Organisation number: 559511-8547
VAT number: SE559511854701
Postal address: Järvstigen 6, 713 33 Nora, Sweden
Email: [email protected]
Telephone: +46 (0)70 466 43 15
Website: www.made-in-scandinavian.com

Normal customer-service response time is within one to two business days.
  1. APPLICATION OF THESE TERMS
These Terms apply to orders placed by consumers through our website.
If you place an order on behalf of a business, company, organisation or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity. Separate quotations, wholesale conditions or written agreements may apply to business and wholesale orders.
If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement will apply to the extent of that conflict.
  1. ELIGIBILITY TO ORDER
You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
• The information you provide is complete and accurate
• You are authorised to use the selected payment method
• You are legally permitted to purchase and import the ordered products
• You will not use the products for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, obvious pricing errors, product restrictions or inability to deliver to the stated address.
  1. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, descriptions, photographs, ingredients, allergens, weights, sizes, prices and availability information are accurate.
However:
• Product packaging may change without notice
• Manufacturers may update ingredients or nutritional information
• Colours may appear differently depending on the customer’s screen
• Minor differences may occur between the website photograph and the delivered product
• Product weights may vary slightly where goods are sold by approximate weight
• Translated information is provided for convenience and may not replace the manufacturer’s original label

Customers with allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions or medical concerns must carefully review the manufacturer’s current packaging before consuming or using a product.
Please contact us before ordering if you need additional product, ingredient or allergen information.
For food safety, the information printed on the physical product packaging takes priority over general website descriptions when the manufacturer has changed its formulation or labelling.
  1. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to the shopping cart does not reserve it. A product may become unavailable before the order is processed.
If an ordered product is unavailable, we may:
• Contact you and offer an alternative
• Ask whether you would prefer to wait
• Remove the unavailable item and issue an appropriate refund
• Cancel the affected part of the order
• Cancel the complete order when fulfilment is not reasonably possible

We will not substitute an unavailable product with a materially different product without your agreement.
  1. PRICES AND CURRENCY
Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.
The total amount payable will be displayed during checkout and may include:
• Product price
• Shipping charges
• Applicable taxes
• Customs or import charges where specifically stated
• Optional packaging, insurance, ice packs or other selected services

Your payment provider or card issuer may apply its own currency-conversion rate or international transaction fee. These external charges are not controlled by NordicExpo AB.
We may change prices at any time, but price changes will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted.
  1. OBVIOUS PRICING OR TECHNICAL ERRORS
We try to ensure that prices and product information are correct. However, technical, typographical or calculation errors may occur.
If a price is clearly incorrect and a reasonable customer should have recognised the error, we may contact you before processing the order.
You may then choose to:
• Confirm the order at the correct price, or
• Cancel the affected item or order for a full refund

We will not increase an accepted order price without informing you and obtaining any agreement required by law.
  1. PLACING AN ORDER
The products displayed on our website are an invitation to place an order and do not by themselves constitute a binding offer.
When you submit an order, you offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.
After submitting the order, you should receive an automatic order confirmation. This confirms that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that every item is available or that the order has been accepted for fulfilment.
A binding sales contract is normally formed when we accept and begin processing your order, confirm dispatch or otherwise clearly confirm acceptance.
We may contact you if additional information is required before the order can be processed.
  1. PAYMENT
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include credit or debit cards, PayPal, Stripe, Square or other approved providers.
Payment must be authorised before the order is dispatched.
Payment providers may carry out fraud-prevention, identity or security checks under their own terms and privacy policies.
If payment is declined, reversed, disputed or not completed, we may suspend or cancel the order.
We do not normally receive or store your complete card number or card-security code.
  1. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Contact us immediately if you wish to change or cancel an order.
We will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been:
• Prepared
• Specially sourced
• Packed
• Labelled
• Transferred to a carrier
• Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled before delivery. Any applicable return or withdrawal rights must then be exercised according to our Returns, Refunds and Order Cancellation Policy.
If cancellation is possible before dispatch, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
Non-recoverable payment or transaction costs may be deducted only where this is lawful, clearly disclosed and does not conflict with mandatory consumer rights. No such deduction will apply when cancellation results from our error or when the customer is legally entitled to a full refund.
  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers in the European Union or European Economic Area may have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.
The right of withdrawal may not apply to:
• Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
• Food, beverages and other perishable goods where an applicable legal exception applies
• Sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
• Personalised or specially prepared products
• Products made or obtained according to the customer’s specifications
• Other products legally excluded from the right of withdrawal

To exercise an applicable right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly within the legal withdrawal period.
Unless otherwise required by law, returned goods must be sent back promptly and no later than 14 days after notifying us. Products must be unused, complete and, where applicable, in their original sealed packaging.
The customer is normally responsible for return shipping when exercising a change-of-mind withdrawal right, unless otherwise required by law or agreed by us.
Please read our separate Returns, Refunds and Order Cancellation Policy before returning anything. Do not send a return without first contacting us for instructions.
  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders are prepared and shipped from Sweden.
We currently use shipping providers that may include:
• PostNord
• FedEx
• DHL
• Local postal operators and delivery partners

Available services depend on the destination, weight, dimensions, product type and current carrier availability.
Estimated delivery times are guidance only and are not guaranteed unless we expressly provide a guaranteed service in writing.
Delivery may be affected by:
• Customs processing
• Import inspections
• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Remote delivery locations
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Local postal-service disruptions
• Strikes, transport problems or events outside our reasonable control

A delay does not automatically mean that a shipment is lost.
Please contact us if an order has not arrived within the expected delivery period so that we can review the tracking information and, where available, open an investigation with the carrier.
  1. DELIVERY ADDRESS
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:
• Recipient’s full name
• Street address
• Apartment, unit or building information
• Postal code
• City and country
• Telephone number
• Email address where required for delivery notifications

We are not responsible for avoidable delay or failed delivery caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer, subject always to mandatory consumer law.
Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. An address cannot always be changed after the shipping label has been created or the parcel has entered the carrier’s network.
  1. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT RESTRICTIONS
A. United States orders
For eligible United States orders where the website or checkout states that duties and customs-related charges are included or covered, the amount paid at checkout is intended to be the final amount, with no additional import charges due upon delivery.
This applies only where duties-included treatment is expressly stated for the order.
B. Other destinations
For other countries, import duties, taxes, customs charges, inspection fees or local handling charges may apply. These charges are normally the recipient’s responsibility unless the website or checkout expressly states that they are included.
C. Import responsibility
Customers are responsible for checking whether the ordered products can legally be imported into the destination country.
Restrictions may apply to products including:
• Meat or dairy products
• Fish and seafood
• Food supplements
• Medicines and health-related products
• Cosmetics
• Alcohol or products containing restricted ingredients
• Knives, tools or other regulated goods
• Products subject to quantity or personal-use restrictions

Customs authorities may inspect, delay, reject, destroy or return a shipment. We cannot guarantee that every product will be accepted by the destination country.
Please contact the relevant customs or regulatory authority before ordering if you are uncertain.
Nothing in this section excludes responsibility where a customs problem results directly from our error or where mandatory law provides otherwise.
  1. TEMPERATURE-SENSITIVE PRODUCTS
Chocolate, candy, cheese and other temperature-sensitive products may be affected by heat or cold during transportation.
Where available, customers may select:
• Ice packs
• Insulated packaging
• Express delivery
• Another temperature-protection option

These measures can reduce exposure but cannot guarantee continuous refrigeration or temperature control throughout the journey.
Choosing delivery without optional ice packs or insulation may increase the risk of melting, softening or changes in appearance.
Minor melting, blooming, deformation or cosmetic changes that do not make a product unsafe may not necessarily constitute a defect. Each claim will be assessed individually according to:
• Product condition
• Safety and usability
• Packaging selected
• Shipping method
• Transit time
• Weather conditions
• Photographic evidence
• Applicable consumer law

Mandatory rights concerning defective or unsafe goods remain unaffected.
  1. INCORRECT, MISSING, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If an item is incorrect, missing, damaged, defective, unsafe or materially different from its description, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 10 days after delivery.
Please provide:
• Your full name
• Order number
• Description of the problem
• Clear photographs of the affected product
• Photographs of the shipping box and internal packaging
• A photograph of the shipping label where relevant

Keep the affected product and all original packaging until we have reviewed your claim. Do not dispose of or return the product unless we provide instructions.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include:
• Replacement
• Repair where appropriate
• Refund
• Partial refund
• Price reduction
• Store credit, if you agree

The preferred 10-day notification period does not reduce any longer statutory complaint or guarantee period available under mandatory law.
  1. LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If tracking shows no delivery and the shipment appears delayed, contact us so that we can investigate.
A shipment will not be treated as lost until the carrier confirms the loss or until sufficient time has passed under the carrier’s investigation process and applicable law.
If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost, we will provide an appropriate remedy according to:
• The selected shipping service
• Carrier conditions
• Available insurance or compensation
• The circumstances of the loss
• Mandatory consumer law

Selecting a service without additional insurance may limit compensation available from the carrier. However, it does not remove mandatory consumer rights or any legal responsibility that cannot be excluded.
  1. SHIPMENTS MARKED AS DELIVERED
If tracking shows that a shipment has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
• Check the mailbox and delivery location
• Ask household members
• Check with neighbours or building management
• Contact the local carrier
• Review any delivery photograph or notice

Contact us promptly, and we will provide reasonable assistance using the available carrier and tracking information.
The outcome will be assessed according to the evidence, selected delivery method, carrier investigation and applicable law.
  1. REFUSED, UNCLAIMED AND RETURNED SHIPMENTS
A shipment may be returned if:
• The address is incorrect or incomplete
• The recipient refuses delivery
• The parcel is not collected
• The customer does not respond to the carrier
• Customs information or payment is not provided
• Import restrictions prevent delivery

We will contact you after the returned shipment has been received and inspected.
Where legally permitted, any refund may be reduced by non-recoverable costs resulting from the return, including:
• Original shipping
• Return shipping
• Customs charges
• Carrier fees
• Handling costs

Food, perishable products or temperature-sensitive goods that cannot be safely resold may not be refundable when the failed delivery resulted from circumstances for which the customer was responsible.
No deduction will be made where prohibited by law or where the failed delivery resulted from our error.
  1. REFUNDS
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time depends on the payment provider, card issuer or bank and may take several business days after we initiate the refund.
Original and return shipping costs will be refunded when required by law or when the return results from our error.
We are not responsible for delays caused solely by the customer’s bank or payment provider after the refund has been correctly submitted, but we will provide reasonable assistance where possible.
  1. PROMOTIONAL CODES AND OFFERS
Promotional codes, discounts and special offers:
• Are subject to their stated conditions
• May have an expiry date
• May apply only to selected products or destinations
• Cannot normally be exchanged for cash
• Cannot normally be combined unless stated otherwise
• May be limited to one use per customer or order

We may cancel or correct a promotion affected by fraud, misuse, technical error or an obvious pricing mistake.
This does not affect orders already accepted where cancellation would be unlawful.
  1. WHOLESALE AND BUSINESS ORDERS
Wholesale or business orders may be subject to separate terms concerning:
• Minimum quantities
• Prices and discounts
• Payment
• Delivery
• Import responsibility
• Product shelf life
• Returns
• Risk and ownership
• Governing law and disputes

Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to purchases made wholly for business purposes unless mandatory law states otherwise.
  1. PRIVACY AND COOKIES
Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
Our website uses necessary cookies and may use optional analytics, preference or marketing cookies with consent where required.
Please review our Privacy Policy and cookie settings for more information.
  1. WEBSITE USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website and its content—including text, graphics, logos, banners, photographs, design and original product descriptions—are owned by or licensed to NordicExpo AB unless otherwise stated.
You may use the website for personal shopping and information purposes.
You may not, without permission:
• Copy or republish substantial website content
• Use our trademarks or branding
• Scrape or extract product data systematically
• Interfere with website security or operation
• Use the website for fraud or unlawful activity
• Misrepresent an affiliation with Made in Scandinavian or NordicExpo AB

Product names and trademarks belonging to manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners.
  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use services provided by payment providers, carriers and other businesses.
Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or independent practices of third-party websites.
This does not limit any responsibility we have for service providers acting on our behalf where such responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable liability for:
• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Intentional misconduct or gross negligence
• Defective products where liability is imposed by law
• Breach of mandatory consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
For business customers, additional limitations may apply under separate wholesale or commercial terms.
  1. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as:
• Natural disasters
• Severe weather
• War, civil unrest or terrorism
• Epidemics or public-health restrictions
• Government actions or trade restrictions
• Customs closures
• Carrier or postal disruption
• Strikes
• Power, internet or telecommunications failures
• Cyberattacks despite reasonable security measures
• Transport or supply-chain interruptions

We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and resume performance when possible.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms when our services, carriers, payment methods, legal requirements or business practices change.
The version applicable to your purchase is normally the version published when you place the order.
The current version will be published on the website with its “Last updated” date.
  1. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced only to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and effective.
  1. NO WAIVER
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.
  1. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any purchase contract are governed by Swedish law.
If you are a consumer living in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections provided by the law of your country where those protections legally apply.
  1. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Please contact us first if you have a complaint. We will try to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.

  1. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our website is intended for general customers and is not specifically directed at children.
We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children who are not legally able to provide valid consent. Orders should be placed by adults or by individuals legally permitted to enter into the purchase.

We are not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of third-party websites. We recommend reading the privacy policy of each external service you visit.
  1. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING

Payment providers or fraud-prevention services may independently use automated systems to assess transactions. Their processing is governed by their respective privacy policies and applicable law.
  1. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, service providers, legal obligations or data-processing practices change.

If an order is expected to experience a significant delay before dispatch, we will contact the customer by email or telephone.
2. SHIPPING CARRIERS
Depending on the destination, shipment weight and selected delivery service, orders may be shipped using:
PostNord Sweden
FedEx
DHL
Another suitable local or international delivery partner
International postal shipments may be transferred to the destination country’s postal service for final delivery. For example, PostNord shipments to the United States may be delivered by USPS.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times begin after an order has been dispatched and do not include order-processing time.
Approximate delivery estimates are:
Sweden: 1–3 business days
European Union: 2–7 business days
Other European countries: 4–10 business days
United States and Canada: 7–15 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Japan: 7–15 business days
Other international destinations: 10–25 business days
Express services, where available, may offer faster delivery.
These times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, local delivery conditions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may extend the delivery time.
4. SHIPPING FEES
Shipping charges are calculated according to factors including:
Destination country
Total shipment weight
Package dimensions
Selected carrier and service
Tracking or insurance
Customs and import requirements
Special packaging, insulation or ice packs
The applicable shipping cost will normally be displayed at checkout. If a special shipping arrangement or additional payment is required, we will contact the customer before dispatching the order.
5. TRACKING INFORMATION
When tracking is included with the selected shipping service, the customer will receive a tracking number after the order has been dispatched.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after dispatch. Updates may also pause while a shipment is travelling between countries or undergoing customs processing.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and responding promptly to delivery or customs notifications.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES
United States
For eligible U.S. orders where import duties and customs-related charges are included at checkout, the amount paid at checkout is the final amount. No additional import payment should normally be required upon delivery.
Other countries
Import duties, taxes, customs fees and clearance charges may apply depending on the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Customers are responsible for checking whether ordered products may legally be imported into their country. Customs authorities may inspect, delay, restrict or refuse certain food, dairy, seafood, cosmetic or other regulated products.
7. DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including:
Recipient’s full name
Street address and building or apartment number
Postal code
City and country
Valid telephone number
Valid email address
Made in Scandinavian is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
Please contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has been packed or dispatched.
8. UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
The customer is responsible for collecting the shipment and responding to the carrier or customs authority when required.
If a shipment is returned because it was:
Refused by the recipient
Not collected
Sent to an incorrect or incomplete address
Not cleared through customs
Rejected due to destination-country import restrictions
we will contact the customer after receiving and inspecting the returned shipment.
Any refund will be handled according to applicable law and our Return and Refund Policy. Non-recoverable shipping, return, customs and handling expenses may be deducted where legally permitted. Perishable products that can no longer be safely resold may not qualify for a refund.
9. DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
A delayed shipment is not automatically considered lost.
If an order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, the customer should:
Review the tracking information.
Check for delivery-attempt or customs notifications.
Contact the local postal service or carrier.
Contact Made in Scandinavian if further assistance is required.
Where available, we may open an investigation with the carrier. Carrier investigations and international postal claims may require additional processing time.
If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost, we will handle the matter according to the selected shipping service, applicable carrier conditions and mandatory consumer law.
10. SHIPMENTS MARKED AS DELIVERED
If tracking shows that an order has been delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should check:
The mailbox or parcel locker
The entrance, porch or other safe-delivery location
Other members of the household
Neighbours or building management
The local postal office or delivery carrier
We will provide reasonable assistance by supplying the available tracking and shipping information. Claims involving shipments marked as delivered will be assessed according to the carrier’s investigation and applicable consumer law.
11. CHOCOLATE AND TEMPERATURE-SENSITIVE PRODUCTS
Chocolate, candy, cheese and other temperature-sensitive products may be affected by hot or cold weather during transportation.
Where available, customers may choose ice packs, insulated packaging or express delivery. These measures help reduce temperature exposure but cannot guarantee continuous refrigeration throughout transportation.
Customers ordering temperature-sensitive products during warm weather accept the normal risks associated with international transportation. Serious heat damage will be assessed individually according to the selected shipping method, packaging and documented condition upon delivery.
12. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.
If an order arrives seriously damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:
The order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs of the affected products
Photographs of the shipping box and internal packaging
A photograph of the shipping label
Please keep the products and all packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Last updated: 29 August 2026

This policy applies to purchases made from Made in Scandinavian, operated by NordicExpo AB, Sweden.
1. FOOD AND PERISHABLE PRODUCTS
For health, hygiene and food-safety reasons, food, beverages, candy and other perishable or consumable products generally cannot be returned simply because the customer has changed their mind.
This does not affect your right to contact us if a product is:
Incorrect
Missing from your order
Damaged upon delivery
Defective or unsafe
Materially different from its description
Please check product names, flavors, sizes, ingredients and allergen information carefully before completing your order. Contact us before ordering if you need additional product information.

2. NON-FOOD PRODUCTS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers in the European Union and European Economic Area may have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.
This right may not apply to:
Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly
Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken
Personalised or specially prepared products
Other products excluded under applicable consumer law
To exercise an applicable right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly within the legal withdrawal period.
Returned products must be unused, complete and, where applicable, in their original sealed packaging. Unless the goods are incorrect, defective or damaged when delivered, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected by this policy.

3. INCORRECT, MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your order arrives with an incorrect, missing, damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 10 days after delivery.
Please provide:

Your full name
Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs of the product
Photographs of the shipping box and packaging
A photograph of the shipping label, when relevant

Please keep the affected products and all original packaging until we have reviewed your claim. Do not return a product without receiving instructions from us.
After reviewing the claim, we may offer an appropriate solution, including:
A replacement product
A refund for the affected product
A partial refund
Store credit, if you agree
Your statutory rights are not limited by the preferred 10-day reporting period stated above.

4. CHOCOLATE AND HEAT-SENSITIVE PRODUCTS

Chocolate, candy, cheese and other temperature-sensitive products may be affected by warm weather during transportation.
Where available, customers may choose ice packs, insulated packaging or express delivery. These measures help reduce heat exposure but cannot guarantee refrigeration throughout the entire journey.
Minor melting or changes in appearance that do not make the product unsafe may not qualify as a defect. Claims involving heat damage will be assessed individually according to the shipping method, weather conditions, packaging selected and condition of the products upon delivery.
Please contact us promptly and provide photographs if your products arrive seriously heat-damaged or unfit for consumption.

5. LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
A delayed shipment is not automatically considered lost. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us so that we can check the tracking information and, where available, open an investigation with the carrier.
If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost, we will handle the matter according to the selected shipping service, applicable carrier conditions and mandatory consumer law.
If tracking shows that a shipment has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, the delivery location and the local carrier. We will provide reasonable assistance with available tracking information.

6. REFUSED AND UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for collecting the shipment when required.
If an order is returned to us because:
The address was incorrect or incomplete
Delivery was refused
The shipment was not collected
The customer did not respond to the carrier or customs authority
Import restrictions prevented delivery
we will contact the customer after receiving and inspecting the returned shipment.
Any refund will be calculated according to applicable law and may be reduced by non-recoverable shipping, return, customs or handling costs where legally permitted. Food or perishable products that can no longer be safely resold may not be refundable.

7. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT RESTRICTIONS
Customers are responsible for checking whether the products they order may legally be imported into the destination country.
Import duties, taxes and customs charges are normally the recipient’s responsibility unless the website or checkout specifically states that these charges are included.
For eligible United States orders where duties and customs-related charges are included at checkout, the amount paid at checkout is the final amount and no additional import payment should be required upon delivery.
We cannot guarantee that customs authorities will accept every food, dairy, seafood, cosmetic or other regulated product. Please contact your local customs authority before ordering if you are uncertain.

8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel or change an order.
We will try to accommodate your request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has been prepared, packed or transferred to the shipping carrier.
If cancellation is possible, any refund will be processed according to applicable consumer law. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must be handled under the applicable return or withdrawal rules.

9. REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
The time required for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider, card issuer or bank. Original or return shipping costs will be refunded only when required by applicable law or when the return results from our error.
