Espresso Nero Divino - whole beans 1000 g
Classic Espresso Nero is a composition with dark strong flavors with a clear nut character. The powerful character is balanced with elegant notes of sweetness in a long and rich aftertaste. Can advantageously be used for Caffé latte or Cappuccino.
The base in Nero is the Brazil Cerrado Fine Cup. Colombia Excelso in turn adds the aromatic breadth, while Strictly High Grown from Central America gives the strong espresso character. The extra spice comes from the very best Indonesian beans.

The craft, (manual espresso maker), For a simple espresso you use about 7 grams of coffee and for a double about 14 grams. Test yourself for how hard the coffee is packed in the filter holder. And make sure it's evenly distributed. Espresso brewing step by step
1. Make sure the coffee is fresh and properly ground.
2. Insert the filter holder into the brew head. The filter holder should be warm. Therefore, insert the brew holder before the first coffee of the day and run some warm water through it.
3. Make sure you have the right amount of coffee in the filter holder (6 to 8 grams).
4. Press the coffee smoothly and evenly.
5. Remove excess coffee from the edge of the handle to avoid garbage on the gasket.
6. Make sure the espresso cups are warm so that the coffee does not cool down.
7. Start brewing and make sure it takes about 30 seconds to brew a cup.
8. Stop brewing about 3 cl of coffee in the cup.
9. Check creams (color, thickness)
10. Serve immediately.
